Garry Robb – CEO
Garry Robb has over twelve years of experience in commercial electronics development and has managed and carried out extensive research on controllers, telecommunications devices and automatic identification.
Garry has been directly involved with application analysis for new product development and directed its research and development with the University of Edinburgh, assisting in the development of “bread board” circuits through to working prototypes. For these projects, he solely directed all phases of product development, from inception to production.
Kim Johnson – Director, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel
Kim Johnson is a principal of the K.E. Johnson Law Corp. in Victoria, British Columbia and practices commercial law with a preferred area of practice in exempt securities offerings and real estate disclosure documents for whole and fractional strata lot sales by developers.
Kim’s practice has a particular emphasis on representing entrepreneurial clients requiring financing to fund growth or acquisitions. Kim’s clients presently include a publicly-traded real estate investment trust, a TSX-Venture listed public company, a Canadian company trading on the US pink sheets, and various private companies and limited partnerships, including an oil and gas company with a flow-through share offering and companies entitled to the 30% BC Venture Capital tax credit.
Kim also has several clients that have goods manufactured in China or that have partnered with Chinese businesses. Kim was formerly a partner with a major inter-provincial law firm and has been involved in many large transactions including the Hibernia offshore oil project. Kim is also the director of a TSX-Venture listed public company and of several private companies.
Kim was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1982 and to the B.C. Bar in 1984 and is listed as a member in the 2006-2007 National Registries Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
